A new series brought to you by Pioneer PBS. 

Set out to explore the more paranormal and macabre side of Minnesota and the Midwest. All over the world there are things that are dark or unexplained, and our region is no exception. We set out to investigate sites that have reported hauntings, cryptids that may lurk in our woods, and crimes that caused fear in their communities.  

We explore the paranormal and macabre corners of Minnesota and the Midwest—regions rich with dark history, local legends, and unexplained phenomena. From haunted sites and mysterious cryptids to chilling true crimes that shook small communities, we investigate the stories that linger in the shadows.
