GRANITE FALLS, Minn. — Pioneer Public Television’s public affairs program Compass will discuss innovative efforts to recruit individuals and families to rural communities with representatives of the West Central Initiative (WCI) on Thursday, April 18 at 9 p.m. The program will be rebroadcast on Sunday, April 21 at 12:30 p.m. and viewable online at www.pioneer.org/compass after the original airing.
