GRANITE FALLS, Minn. — PBS Pioneer will take a look at the challenges and opportunities facing small town retailers on the next Compass, PBS Pioneer’s public affairs program, airing Thursday, May 16 at 9 p.m. The program will be rebroadcast on Sunday, May 19 at 12:30 p.m. and viewable online at www.pioneer.org/compass after the original airing.
Small town main streets are changing, but some retailers are finding new opportunities at the same time that larger stores are closing.
