GRANITE FALLS, Minnesota, June 11, 2026 — The second season of Hiseerie continues its exploration of paranormal stories and macabre history from across Minnesota and the greater Midwest with a special campfire-style episode airing Saturday, June 20 at 8 p.m. on Pioneer PBS.

In the upcoming episode, co-hosts Mickey Reed and Ryan Meyer gather to share spooky stories, cryptid lore and unusual regional history. Viewers will hear stories ranging from the miniwashitu said to roam near the Missouri River in North Dakota to the relocation of the entire town of Hibbing, Minnesota.

Originally intended to air earlier in the season, the episode offers an additional look into the strange stories and lesser-known legends that inspired the series.

I really liked this episode because I got to share one of my favorite stories about Minnesota, the moving of hibbing,” said producer and co-host Mickey Reed. “I think it's such a good story because it really shows the human experience of making something so much more work than it needed to be.”

Hiseerie also rebroadcasts Mondays at noon following its initial airing on Pioneer PBS.
