Chef Curt was one of a kind.
His colorful personality and delicious recipes have been a staple on Prairie Sportsman for years. Not only will we miss showcasing his love of good food on the show, but we'll miss having him on our team. Fortunately we were able to spend a day in his kitchen as he prepared more soon-to-be favorites for our viewers. During the new season we'll be featuring Curt and new recipes that he created for Prairie Sportsman, starting with our second episode of the year, February 3 at 7:30p.m. on Pioneer Public TV.
