The North Dakota State University and Pioneer PBS have partnered to create a series of short educational segments about farmed produce and how you can grow and prepare it for cooking. The educational segments titled "Field to Fork" come from an Ag Extension program at NDSU. The short educational segments feature Ph.D. Professor and Food and Nutrition Specialist Julie Garden-Robinson at North Dakota State University and are available to watch throughout the 39th season of Prairie Yard & Garden (PY&G). Watch PY&G on Pioneer PBS Thursdays at 7:30 p.m, Saturdays at 4 p.m. and Mondays at 1 p.m. CST and on the free PBS app and YouTube.

The AG Extension Field to Fork program at North Dakota State University is a multidisciplinary, multi-state effort that provides research-based information about growing, preparing, preserving, and selling vegetables and fruits.
