GRANITE FALLS, Minnesota, Feb. 12, 2026 — This week on Prairie Yard & Garden, host Mary Holm travels to Staples, Minnesota, to visit Living Legacy Gardens and meet garden manager Tammy Rick. The fourth episode of the show’s 39th season, titled “Living Legacy Gardens,” airs Thursday, Feb. 19 at 7:30 p.m. on Pioneer PBS.
Founded from a single vision, Living Legacy Gardens has grown into a thriving educational space maintained by a dedicated team of staff and volunteers. During the visit, Holm tours the gardens with Rick and explores the garden’s mission: educating visitors of all ages about plants that grow and thrive in Zone 3 climates.
“Living Legacy Gardens,” along with subsequent episodes of Prairie Yard & Garden, rebroadcast Saturdays at 4 p.m. and Mondays at 1 p.m. following the initial air date on Pioneer PBS.
