GRANITE FALLS, Minn. — On Thursday, May 2 at 9 p.m. Pioneer Public Television’s public affairs program Compass will explore the fact that many southwestern Minnesota children are growing up in poverty and need more help. The program will be rebroadcast on Sunday, May 5 at 12:30 p.m. and viewable online at www.pioneer.org/compass after the original airing.

Pioneer President and General Manager, Les Heen, interviews Southwest Initiative Foundation President Diana Anderson about how her organization works to help kids through the Grow Our Own initiative.
