The Palmer House, built in 1901 by Ralph and Christena Palmer, is a former premier hotel destination. Today, it still serves as a hotel and restaurant, but is also a prominent location for paranormal tours, which have been featured on TV, with sightings of shadow figures and recordings of disembodied voices.
