The next segment features a story about the MNyou Youth Garden located on the MinnWest Technology campus in Willmar. Founded by Nate Erickson, Abdiweli Yusuf and Ben Larson in 2017, the mission of the MNyou Youth Garden is to empower minority youth through education, work experience and exposure to local entrepreneurs while providing fresh produce to people in their community that might otherwise be unable to afford it.
