GRANITE FALLS, Minn. — Your Legislators airs its 44th season in the form of scheduled pre-recorded specials rather than a weekly format. The first special broadcasts on Thursday, February 8 at 8 p.m. Confirmed panel discussion guests for the premiere episode of Your Legislators are Sen. Bobby Joe Champion-DFL, District 59, Minneapolis, President of the Senate; Sen. Bill Weber-R, District 21, Luverne, Assistant Minority Leader; Rep. Jamie Long-DFL, District 61B, Minneapolis, Majority Leader; and Rep. Spencer Igo-R, District 7A, Grand Rapids, Assistant Minority Leader. The episode will air at 8 p.m. on Pioneer PBS.
In addition to broadcasting on many Minnesota public television stations, viewers in Pioneer PBS’s viewing area can livestream the program at www.pioneer.org/live on February 8 at 8 p.m. The upcoming program will be made available on Facebook at www.facebook.com/yourlegislators and on the Your Legislators website at www.pioneer.org/yourlegislators. Segments of the program will be posted on the Your Legislators YouTube channel at www.youtube.com/@YourLegislatorsOnPioneerPBS. This Your Legislators broadcast will be repeated the following Monday at 11:30 a.m. and on the Minnesota Channel at 2 a.m. and 8 p.m. during the legislative session.
