GRANITE FALLS, Minnesota, February 27, 2025—Artists Janel Guertin, Zak Jahn, and Miranda Raposa will be featured on the season 16 premiere of Postcards, which airs Thursday, March 6, at 7 p.m. on Pioneer PBS. The episode the following Sunday at 7 p.m. and Monday at 1:30 p.m. Join us for an inspiring episode where creativity meets movement. Explore the inspiring journeys of three talented local individuals who have found their passion through art.
Janel Guertin of Granite Falls has ingeniously combined her passion for painting with her love for her cats. Her vibrant artwork captures the essence of the 11 muses in her household.
Zak Jahn of Montevideo has made a life-changing move from California to Minnesota. Jahn’s unique painting style draws inspiration from the emotions he's feeling in the moment, which are applied to the canvas in many ways besides the brush.
Lastly, Miranda Raposa of Montevideo is an artist who expresses her profound love for nature through her art. She also owns her own business, Red Fox Design Studio, which allows her to take her drawings and create stickers, postcards, and greeting cards.
