Do some bullheads taste better than others?
Answer: Bullheads belong to the catfish family and, similar to catfish, are very good to eat. In Minnesota we have black, brown and yellow bullheads. The yellows are exceptionally tasty, with a flavor I’d describe as “shrimp-like.” Bullheads are best prepared by filleting, then deep frying.
