For the past 33 years, Your Legislators has distinguished itself as the only statewide live call-in public affairs television show in Minnesota. In 2013, viewers from more than 500 communities in Minnesota called in or emailed questions to guide the discussions with more than 40 different state lawmakers who appeared on the show, which airs on Thursday nights at 8 p.m. Viewers are encouraged to call 1-800-726-3178 with questions for the legislators or email email@example.com during the hour-long program.
The program will be broadcast live over the air on several Minnesota Public Television stations and on cable networks and community access stations such as MCN Channel 6 SPNN and Town Square TV . Each weekly live broadcast of Your Legislators is repeated every Sunday on the Minnesota Channel at 4:00 a.m.,10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. through the end of the legislative session.
