Segment 3 (Above): Celebration in Benson, Minnesota.
Our very own local Benson, Minnesota community got the party of a lifetime last night when a star-studded line-up came to celebrate the community winning a national Target campaign. The school was the first one in the nation to get 10,000 votes and receive $10,000 for its school.
The community not only proved that working together across boundaries to achieve something that could not be done alone can become a success story, but also is a fine example of who we are as western Minnesotans. Pioneer Public Television your local TV station was very proud and honored to be a part of the festivities.
