Prong 3 Initiatives Since Pioneer Public Television is classified as a small market station, we are required to implement at least two initiatives every two-year reporting period (April 1, 2006 – March 31, 2008) as is outlined by the FCC. For the EEO reporting period of April 1, 2006 – March 31, 2008, We have meet two of the Prong 3 initiatives as follows: (viii) Establishment of training programs designed to enable station personnel to acquire skills that could qualify them for higher level positions.
