Closed Caption Problems

If you're having problems with closed captions on any of Pioneer Public TV's channels, please notify us through one of the following means:

Call our main number at: 1-800-726-3178

Call during business hours Monday through Friday (9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) or leave a message in our reception and closed captioning mailbox by pressing "1" during the greeting.

Send an e-mail to closedcaptionproblems@pioneer.org.
Send a Fax to 320-289-2634.

When you communicate your closed captioning problems through one of the methods detailed above, make sure to leave the details of the problems you're experiencing, tell us whether or not it's an issue requiring immediate attention and information on how to contact you like a phone number.
