Ralph Schmidt, the only living founding board member of Pioneer Public TV, came to our studios for an interview about the early years of KWCM channel 10, which first went on the air in 1966. Ralph, who served as the station's general manager during the 1970's is one of the first of several oral histories we are collecting in advance of PPTV's 50th anniversary in 2016.
